Eloy is one of the main operators of Land Movement in STRACON GyM. Currently, he is responsible for several people at the Constancia project, and although he joined here five years ago, with little experience and supported only some projects, his tenacity and effort have allowed him to earn a place in the company.
For one year, he was as a labourer, but thanks to his constant desire to get ahead and learn, his bosses promoted him and turned him into an Officer of the Land Movement.
Eloy, smiley and shy, says he has always been someone who seeks to continue growing professionally. “I had never thought about working in a mine, but thanks to the company I now have a better chance of getting ahead,” he says.
When Eloy is asked how he sees himself in a few years from now, his answer is simple, but powerful: “I want to improve myself and keep growing.”
At Graña and Montero, we know that Eloy will indeed do it.
