Liquid hydrocarbon storage terminals are used to store fuel and keep it in optimal condition for distribution to service stations and/or industrial mining, fishing and cement consumers, among others.
Through its oil and gas company, GMP, in partnership with Oiltanking, one of the world’s leading storage companies, the Graña y Montero Group operates a network of 10 liquid hydrocarbon storage terminals, from which 45% of the fuel distributed nationwide is supplied.
The company provides oil and gas reception, storage and dispatch services. In addition, it is responsible for inventory control, quality control and project management. These services are carried out with a clear commitment to health, safety, quality and the environment.
It should be noted that today we are the only independent company, that is, the only one that does not commercialize fuel and operates the most fuel storage terminals nationwide. In the north, we have operations in Eten, Salaverry, Chimbote and Supe; in the central region, in Callao; and in the south, in Pisco, Mollendo, Ilo, Cusco and Juliaca.
“We are proud to be part of the value chain that stores 45% of the country’s fuel, which is distributed to millions of Peruvians,” commented Reynaldo Llosa, General Manager of Graña y Montero Petrolera.
