The interview begins with laughter. He is 27 years old and, currently, an assistant of SOMA (Safety, Occupational Health and Environment). His name is Wilson Quispe, and he has been working at STRACON GyM for 4 years.
He started as a Watchman in 2013, at the Constancia project, located in Cusco, and a year later, thanks to his dedication, he was already working as an assistant in documentation.
Wilson decided to continue growing and start a university career. With the support and motivation received from his bosses, he managed to study Industrial Mining Safety Engineering, and is currently in the process of obtaining his professional degree.
However, Wilson has decided to go a step further; his entrepreneurial spirit has pushed him to open his own business, so, in addition to being a professional, now he is also an entrepreneur.
Wilson is happy for all the goals he has been doing, which is why at Graña y Montero, we are proud of him.
